This cookbook offers 151 healthy recipes that are time-saving, budget-friendly and perfect for everyone with or without diabetes.

To win one of 10 copies, people just need to follow CanolaInfo on Twitter at @CanolaInfo and wait for us to tweet out the hashtag, #canola, daily (Dec. 14-18 and Dec. 28-Jan. 1) with a prompt to tweet the hashtag. The first person to use the hashtag in an original tweet (no RTs) after we send out the prompt will receive a free copy of our cookbook.

This glossy, 222-page color cookbook retails for $18.95 and can be purchased via http://store.diabetes.org or 1-800-232-6733. In addition, it is sold on Amazon.com, Borders.com, Barnesandnoble.com and other bookstores nationwide. All profits go to the ADA to benefit people with diabetes.
